Explore the wonderland of Phu Quoc National Park

Phu Quoc National Park is a “primeval jungle,” says Daily Travel. It’s a “convergence of many natural beauties with jungles, sea, streams, waterfalls and mountains.” The park covers over 50% of the island and is a “fantastic place to indulge your inner explorer,” says Mr Linh’s Adventures_,_ with dozens of “rough tracks to choose from.” Surrounded by “white sandy beaches that stretch lazily along the shore and into the clear, warm ocean,” the offshore coral ecosystems are home to “some amazing sea wildlife and offer fantastic scuba diving opportunities.”

The National Park is home to more than 530 plant species, 50 species of animals and 365 bird species, notes Alo Trip. As well, scientists recently discovered two species of rare animals, “namely wolves and white monkey.” And then there are also “over 1000 precious herbs such as licorice, knotweed, ‘bi ky nam’ (hydnophytum formicarum Jack) and ‘nhan tran’ (Adenosma glutinosum).” The park’s ecosystems make it “truly a rare museum,” which has been “strictly protected under the management of the local ranger associated with environmental organizations in the world.”
